Clarington · Based in Orono
Adding an EV charger now while considering a workshop or backup power later calls for a whole-property discussion. For planned electrical work in Enniskillen, contact Orono-based WEISS Electric LTD with the address and your intended changes. We review the project and scheduling individually, helping establish a sensible starting point without assuming that every proposed improvement must happen at once.
Clarington’s Official Plan recognises Enniskillen among its historic areas, while the municipal rural map identifies the community within the wider municipality. Neither source describes the electrical capacity of your particular property. That has to be considered from the existing installation and the equipment you intend to use.
For an established home, distinguish between work needed for the current layout and additions driven by a new use. If a detached garage is involved, include it in the same outline. A staged plan can identify what is definite, what remains optional and what should be discussed before landscaping, finishing or equipment purchases make changes more difficult.
List confirmed work separately from ideas for later. Include model numbers or specification sheets for equipment already chosen, and describe the intended function of undecided items. Tell us whether walls will be open, where a vehicle is normally parked and which buildings share the site. If the property has known heritage conditions affecting the planned work, mention them before routes or exterior equipment locations are settled.
Yes. Describe both, including what is definite and what is only an option. Reviewing the whole plan gives useful context; it does not automatically mean a service upgrade is needed.
We need the exact address, scope and access details first. Work is arranged from Orono, and the next step and timing are confirmed after that review.
